Welcome to Doc Assistant! This application is designed by physicians for physicians to optimize documentation efficiencies at the point of patient care. Doc Assistant is a simple, single-page application that is focused on the patients history of present illness (HPI), review of systems (ROS), and physical examination (PE) components. With over 450 dynamic button customizations, Doc Assistant provides the flexibility to document with your own personal language and style efficiently and effectively while engaging the patient.

Save a base default template for your HPI, ROS, and PE components with a push of a button. Create secondary documentation templates with the greatest of ease. Doc Assistant provides a bracketing function to create simple fill-in-the-blank "forms" to meet structured documentation needs. Further minimize keystrokes using custom keyboard shortcuts keeping your focus off of the screen and on the patient.

Doc Assistant has been further enhanced through integration of Patient Assistant app! Patient Assistant is used by the patient for completion of digital forms prior to an office visit.
